  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
  • 1 large Egg Beaten

  • to taste Pepper Essential for seasoning

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Wash the fresh spinach thoroughly and chop into small pieces if using fresh. If using frozen, thaw it and squeeze out excess moisture.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the spinach, feta, mozzarella, and beaten egg. Season with salt and pepper, and add optional herbs or spices. Mix until well combined.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and shape the mixture into small mounds on it, ensuring space between each.
  5. Bake for about 8-10 minutes until golden brown and slightly puffed.
  6. Allow to cool slightly on the baking sheet before serving. Pair with dips like hummus or tzatziki.
