Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. Spread the coated cauliflower in a single layer on the baking sheet and roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  4. While roasting, make the glaze by combining lemon juice, lemon zest, maple syrup, soy sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper in a saucepan over medium heat until simmering.
  5. Mix cornstarch with water to create a slurry, then gradually stir it into the simmering glaze until thickened.
  6. Transfer the roasted cauliflower to a bowl, pour the lemon pepper glaze over it, and toss gently to coat. Add optional garnishes before serving.
