Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, lemon juice, diced pickles, Dijon mustard, and sugar. Stir until smooth, then refrigerate.
  2. Toast potato buns in a non-stick fry pan for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Rinse and dry the shrimp, chop some finely and leave others chunkier for texture.
  4. Mix chopped shrimp, egg, parsley flakes, onion, potato starch, and breadcrumbs in a bowl. Season with salt.
  5. Coat formed patties in additional breadcrumbs for crunch.
  6. Fry patties in heated oil for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
  7. Assemble the burger by placing cheese, lettuce, shrimp patty, and tartar sauce on the bun, topping with onions, tomatoes, and peppers.
