Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Add the instant ramen noodles to the boiling water and cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally to separate the noodles.
  3. Carefully drain the cooked noodles with a colander, reserving 1 cup of the hot cooking water.
  4. In a spacious skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter until it sizzles. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.
  5. Stir in ½ cup of freshly grated Parmesan cheese along with 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning, pouring in the reserved cooking water gradually. Let simmer for around 5 minutes.
  6. Add the drained noodles into the skillet with the creamy sauce and toss gently to coat.
