- In a large pot, bring 6 cups of water to a rolling boil over high heat.
- Add the instant ramen noodles to the boiling water and cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally to separate the noodles.
- Carefully drain the cooked noodles with a colander, reserving 1 cup of the hot cooking water.
- In a spacious skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter until it sizzles. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.
- Stir in ½ cup of freshly grated Parmesan cheese along with 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning, pouring in the reserved cooking water gradually. Let simmer for around 5 minutes.
- Add the drained noodles into the skillet with the creamy sauce and toss gently to coat.
- Allow to heat through for an additional minute, then remove from the heat. Garnish with 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley if desired.
