Preparation Steps
- In a medium-sized jar or bowl, mix rolled oats, cocoa powder, and a pinch of salt until well combined.
- Pour in your choice of milk, followed by peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and optional vanilla extract. Stir until well mixed.
- Mix together thoroughly until the peanut butter is well combined with the oats and absorbed by the liquids.
- Cover the jar tightly with a lid or plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
- After refrigerating, stir well and top with bananas, nuts, or yogurt before serving.
