Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, chopped walnuts, chopped Medjool dates, ground cardamom, cinnamon, and salt.
- Pour melted coconut oil and maple syrup over the dry mixture and stir until well-coated.
- Spread the mixture evenly on the baking sheet and bake for about 22 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool completely on the tray before transferring to an airtight container.
