Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, chopped walnuts, chopped Medjool dates, ground cardamom, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Pour melted coconut oil and maple syrup over the dry mixture and stir until well-coated.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly on the baking sheet and bake for about 22 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  5. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely on the tray before transferring to an airtight container.
