Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine 8 ounces of light cream cheese, 4 ounces of crumbled blue cheese, 1 cup of sour cream, and 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese. Blend until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.

  3. Lay a 6-inch flour tortilla flat on a clean surface and spread 2-3 tablespoons of the chicken filling evenly across the tortilla.
