For the Topping

  • 1 cup Chocolate Pop Tart Adds fun crunch; cocoa pebbles can be used if Pop Tarts aren’t available.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare your workspace by lining a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add chow mein noodles and set aside.
  3. Melt white chocolate using a double boiler or microwave until smooth, then stir in half of the mini marshmallows.
  4. Pour the melted white chocolate over the chow mein noodles and fold gently until coated.
  5. Scoop tablespoons of the mixture onto the prepared cookie sheet to form clusters.
  6. Melt milk chocolate and drizzle it over the cookie clusters.
  7. Drizzle maple syrup and chocolate syrup over clusters, then sprinkle with remaining mini marshmallows, M&Ms, and Pop Tart pieces.
  8. Let cookies cool at room temperature until chocolate is set, about 30 minutes.
