Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. In a large pot, bring salted water to a rolling boil. Add broccoli florets and cook for 3-5 minutes until tender-crisp. Drain and soak in cold water.
  2. In a frying pan, heat oil over medium heat. Cook bacon pieces for 5-7 minutes until crispy. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate.
  3. In the same frying pan, lower heat and add garlic. Sauté for 30 seconds until golden. Mix in soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and water.
  4. Return drained broccoli to the pan, tossing in the sauce. Cook for 1-2 minutes until warmed through. Gently fold in crispy bacon.
