- In a large pot, bring salted water to a rolling boil. Add broccoli florets and cook for 3-5 minutes until tender-crisp. Drain and soak in cold water.
- In a frying pan, heat oil over medium heat. Cook bacon pieces for 5-7 minutes until crispy. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate.
- In the same frying pan, lower heat and add garlic. Sauté for 30 seconds until golden. Mix in soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and water.
- Return drained broccoli to the pan, tossing in the sauce. Cook for 1-2 minutes until warmed through. Gently fold in crispy bacon.
