Preparation Steps
- Line a 20cm (8-inch) square tin with baking paper.
- Combine butter, Biscoff spread, and marshmallows in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between for a smooth mixture.
- Once smooth, fold in the Rice Krispies until well coated.
- Transfer the mixture into the prepared tin and pack down evenly.
- Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Pour and spread the melted chocolate over the packed mixture.
- Crush the Biscoff biscuits and sprinkle over the chocolate.
- Chill the tin in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes or until firm.
- Slice into squares and enjoy!
