Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C Fan/350°F/Gas Mark 4.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine plain flour and light brown sugar, stirring them together until well mixed. Rub in the butter until it resembles breadcrumbs.
  3. Fold crushed Biscoff biscuits into the crumble mixture.
  4. Peel and chop apples into bite-sized pieces. Toss with lemon juice.
  5. Combine apple mixture with light brown sugar, cornflour, cinnamon, and mixed spice. Stir to coat evenly.
  6. Spread the apple mixture evenly into a baking dish. Dollop spoonfuls of Biscoff spread on top.
  7. Cover the apple filling with the crumble mixture, ensuring an even layer.
  8. Bake for about 40 minutes until golden brown and bubbling.
  9. Let cool for a few minutes before serving warm.
