Step-by-Step Instructions
- Begin by hydrating the rice paper. Dip a sheet in warm water for about 5 seconds, just until it softens, then place it on a flat surface.
- Using a sharp knife or pizza cutter, slice the rice paper stack into chip-sized pieces, about 2–3 inches in diameter.
- Lightly mist or brush the rice paper chips with olive oil to help them crisp up beautifully in the air fryer.
- Preheat your air fryer to 390°F (200°C). Once hot, carefully place the seasoned rice paper chips in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Once the chips are done cooking, carefully remove them from the air fryer and let them cool for 1-2 minutes.
