- Start by pouring 1 cup of milk into your blender. Add 1 cup of cooked and peeled beets and blend on high for about 30 seconds.
- Scrape in 1 cup of Greek yogurt and 1 tablespoon of chia seeds, along with 2 tablespoons of peanut butter. Blend again for 15-20 seconds.
- Peel and slice one ripe banana, add it along with 1 cup of frozen raspberries and 1 cup of frozen strawberries. Blend for another 30 seconds.
- Assess the thickness of your smoothie; if too thick, add up to ½ cup of water gradually while blending.
- Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
